Hiyoshi Dam Regional Development Facility Opened in 1998 to coincide with the start of operations at Hiyoshi Dam, this facility serves as a spiritual anchor for residents displaced by the dam's construction while also promoting tourism and regional development. This complex includes a restaurant, hot springs, a pool, and a gymnasium. It also features a campground and barbecue area. Recently, indoor athletic play equipment was installed in the gymnasium, attracting many visitors year-round.
