About Yagi
The Yagi area is easily accessible from central Kyoto via JR and the Kyoto Jukan Expressway. During the Warring States period, it served as a strategic stronghold in Tamba Province, and the ruins of Yagi Castle still stand today, offering a glimpse into that era and a sense of historical romance.
